Our risotto is made the old fashioned approach by first flippantly cooking onions in olive oil. We then add the rice, coating all of the grains after which add white wine. Whereas gently stirring, we slowly add the new mushroom inventory to realize a creamy and yummy consistency. Lastly the basil pesto and sautéed mushrooms are added.
